You can watch shows from the previous days or movies from different website for free.. YouTube Hulu.com Fancast.com Yahoo TV These are safe and free sites with no surveys or cell phone numbers needed.. so I hope this is what you mean in your question..= )

Youtube. most of my favorite shows and movies are not on TV so I go to youtube where some nice people post old shows.
